Finishing works for the De Park buildings (VE3410)

Summary

The CHNP neuropsychiatric hospital in Ettelbruck is procuring finishing works for buildings 5 and 7 of the De Park renovation and restructuring project. The works cover approximately 660 m² in building 5 and 800 m² in building 7, with additional work in basements and attics. The scope includes site setup, preparatory and demolition work, local masonry, insulation, screeds, floor finishes and tiling, polished concrete, glazing, partitions, plastering, rendering and painting.
