Service concession for the development, animation and operation of the Falemprise site

Summary

Les Lacs de l’Eau d’Heure is seeking a single concessionaire to develop and operate the Falemprise site, which comprises nearly five hectares of lakeside land, a beach, an open area, leisure facilities and a reception building. The concession covers designing a tourism destination programme, funding and carrying out the related investment programme (excluding the initial works), and operating, animating, marketing and maintaining the site while delivering and maintaining its public-interest services. The site is to be developed as an exemplary sustainable tourism destination.
