Energy efficiency improvements and related works to public buildings in Iași

Summary

The Municipality of Iași is procuring construction works to improve the energy efficiency of public buildings under five lots: school buildings at Gheorghe Asachi Technical College, a kindergarten building at Waldorf High School, the sports hall and changing-room building at Alexandru Ioan Cuza High School, workshops at I.C. Ștefănescu Technical College, and the student residence at Dimitrie Leonida Technical College. Works include structural repairs or strengthening, insulation and other building-envelope improvements, upgraded building services, and, depending on the lot, photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, ventilation and lighting improvements. The estimated total value is RON 85,904,970.73; the planned duration is 24 months per lot.
