Design and construction of the Buftea transport depot

Summary

The City of Buftea is procuring design and construction for a new transport depot in Buftea, Ilfov County, under a single contract. The 18-month contract covers design documentation and approvals, technical support and verification, construction of a vehicle maintenance hall, wash facility and immobiliser, external paving and fencing, and installation of specialist equipment, including a 146 kWp photovoltaic system and ten 60 kW electric-vehicle charging stations. The works also include building management and energy systems, ventilation, a heat pump and related equipment. The estimated contract value is RON 29,366,591.07.
