Damage response and remediation works

Summary

Uppsalahem Aktiebolag is procuring a framework agreement for emergency damage mitigation, damage response and remediation works at its properties. The services include response to water, fire and environmental damage, drying, leak detection, demolition, remediation and damage investigations. The single-lot agreement is planned to run from 11 January 2027 to 7 January 2031, with a maximum of two suppliers and an estimated total value of SEK 200 million.
