Framework agreement for maintenance, repair, expansion and renewal of HVAC installations in provincial buildings

Summary

The Province of Limburg is procuring a four-year, single-lot framework agreement for statutory, preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC installations in provincial buildings, including repairs and gas-pipe leak-tightness testing. The agreement also covers partial assignments for demolition, renewal and expansion of technical installations, together with the supply of spare parts. The framework has a maximum value of €3,000,000 excluding VAT; an annual allowance of €100,000 excluding VAT is planned for spare parts.
