Machinery hire for cleaning rivers and streams in the Regional Unit of Rodopi, 2027–2028
Summary
The Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace is hiring machinery and tipper trucks for river and stream channel-cleaning works at 16 locations in the Regional Unit of Rodopi. The six groups comprise excavators and trucks in different configurations, with a total estimated hire duration of approximately 7,882 hours over 24 months in 2027–2028. The work includes removing waste, rubble, vegetation and other obstructions, shaping banks, transporting cleared material and locally repairing embankments. The total estimated budget is €2,000,000 including VAT.
