Summary

Renova AB is procuring a group-wide HR system delivered as a SaaS service, including implementation, integration, support and ongoing management. The single-lot procurement covers HR processes and master data, including personnel and organisational administration, onboarding and offboarding, employee reviews, self-service, reporting and analytics. Payroll calculation and payments, time reporting, scheduling and staffing are outside the scope. The planned contract period is 7 February 2027 to 6 February 2032, with an estimated value of SEK 1,500,000.
