Specialized Training for Helicopter Technical and Flight Personnel

Summary

The Bulgarian General Directorate of Border Police is procuring specialized training for the engineering and technical personnel and flight crew of its Air Surveillance Special Unit under two lots: helicopter engineering and maintenance training, and helicopter pilot training. Courses include theoretical and practical modules; transport to the training location and travel, accommodation and daily expenses during training are included. The procurement is a four-year framework agreement with an estimated value of EUR 1.6 million excluding VAT, divided equally between the two lots; individual contracts may run for up to 12 months, subject to available funding.
