Design and construction works for the Sălaj Tribunal and Zalău Court building

The National Investment Company of Romania is procuring the remaining design, construction and designer’s technical-assistance work for the major repair, modernization, thermal rehabilitation and extension of the Sălaj Tribunal and Zalău Court building at 10 Tudor Vladimirescu Street, Zalău. The single-lot contract has an estimated value of RON 39,828,341.65 excluding VAT and a duration of 86 months: 2 months for design, 24 months for construction and a 60-month works warranty period.
