Summary
MKB Fastighets Aktiebolag is procuring a parking payment service for use in Malmö. Drivers must be able to start and stop parking and pay via an app, SMS or automated voice response, without using a ticket machine; the basic service must charge only the actual parking fee for the time parked, with no additional cost.
