Summary

AB Familjebostäder is procuring a framework agreement for services relating to locks, key management, electronic access-control systems and video surveillance across its property portfolio. The scope includes servicing, maintenance, fault repair, installation, on-call services, technical support, system administration, and the supply of related materials and equipment. The agreement is intended for one supplier, for two years with options to extend by up to a further two years; its estimated value is SEK 60 million excluding VAT, with a maximum value of SEK 75 million excluding VAT.
