Consultancy services for investment administration

Summary

Lithuania’s Ministry of Finance is procuring investment-administration consultancy for EU and other international funding programmes, national development programmes and related investment-planning and management functions. The services include expert analysis, assessments, research and recommendations covering programme and project planning, communications, administration, oversight and audit, data analysis, financial instruments, public procurement issues and risk management. The contract runs for 36 months and covers up to 7,500 hours, with a maximum budget of €770,000 excluding VAT; the purchaser expects approximately 5,000 hours of high-level and 2,500 hours of highest-level expert services. The procurement is not divided into lots.
