Procurement of a modular mobile test system for electric vehicle charging points

Summary

The Belgian Federal Public Service Economy is procuring one fully operational, integrated mobile test system for carrying out metrological inspections of electric vehicle charging points in Belgium from 2027. The procurement has four separately priced items: a fixed basic system and three optional extensions—DC test power up to approximately 315 kW, an increase in AC test capacity from 22 kW to 43 kW, and a NACS connector with a communication module. Optional items may be ordered separately within 48 months of contract award and must remain compatible with the delivered basic system.
