The notice concerned establishing a dynamic purchasing system for health and safety short courses for students and staff of Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board. Courses were intended to support QQI and other programmes, including preparation for work placements, and would be delivered throughout the academic year; the number of courses and participants was not guaranteed.
