The National Research and Development Institute for Cryogenic and Isotopic Technologies (ICSI) is procuring fuel-cell power generation equipment for research, development and testing of advanced energy technologies. The two lots comprise two 500 W direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC) and two 2 kW solid oxide fuel-cell systems (SOFC), for delivery to ICSI in Râmnicu Vâlcea.
