Design of public rental apartment buildings with underground garage and external works in Tezno, Maribor

Summary

The Maribor Public Intermunicipal Housing Fund is procuring design services for approximately 46–50 public rental apartments in the Tezno area of Maribor. The single-lot scope covers concept design, documentation for obtaining project conditions, documentation for opinions and a building permit, and documentation for preparing the technical brief for a subsequent design-and-build procurement. It also covers the underground garage, external areas, traffic arrangements, parking, utility connections and associated shared and technical spaces.
