Summary

The Swedish Defence Radio Establishment is procuring a single-lot framework agreement for audiovisual (AV) products, materials and related specialist services. The scope includes planning and design, project management, installation, configuration, programming, commissioning, integration, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support for AV systems in meeting rooms, conference rooms, training facilities and other operational premises; removal of old equipment and waste is also included. The estimated value is SEK 15 million, with no guaranteed purchase volumes. The initial contract period is 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2028, with up to two one-year extensions, and the framework agreement will have one supplier.
