Operational leasing of cars
Summary
HR Rail is procuring the operational leasing and management of sustainable company cars for the Belgian railways. The scope covers Flex cars for personal use as part of an employee’s salary package and employer-funded salary cars for professional and personal use. The framework agreement has a maximum value of €115 million and will be awarded to three suppliers; subsequent orders will be reopened to competition.
