skeyes is procuring aviation liability insurance in two lots for the period from 31 March 2027 to 30 March 2028. Lot 1 covers liability arising from aviation activities and duties as Belgium’s air traffic control and air navigation service provider, including product liability with a minimum limit of EUR 1.25 billion and war and terrorism liability under clause AVN52E with a minimum limit of USD 250 million. Lot 2 covers war and terrorism liability under clause AVN52G, with a minimum limit of USD 1 billion in excess of USD 250 million under the primary policy.
