Provision of specialist resources to manage remediation works at contaminated sites

Summary

SPAQuE is seeking specialist resources to prepare specifications and manage remediation, demolition and redevelopment works at contaminated sites. The contract has two lots: a works manager, and a works manager who also performs project-management duties for up to 20% of working time, including budget and schedule monitoring and coordination of stakeholders. Services will be provided at SPAQuE’s offices in Liège and at sites in Wallonia for four years from 1 April 2027.
