Integrated design team framework for the Clontarf flood defence and public realm project

Summary

Dublin City Council is seeking an integrated design team under a single-party framework agreement to provide planning, engineering, environmental, stakeholder-engagement and other specialist consultancy services for the Clontarf Flood Defence and Public Realm Project in Dublin. The work includes developing flood protection, surface-water management, active-travel and public-realm proposals, with studies, surveys, modelling, environmental assessments, designs and approval application materials. The framework covers one lot, has a maximum value of €7.5 million and is planned to run for seven years.
