Conversion of the former Náměstí school annex into apartments and the school building into a library

Summary

The City of Kopřivnice is procuring comprehensive renovation works for two parts of the former Náměstí elementary school: converting its annex into apartments, including an upper-floor extension and underground parking, and converting the main building into a municipal library with spaces for visitors, staff and cultural, educational and leisure activities. The works also include building services, utility connections, external areas and landscaping. The estimated total value is CZK 373,668,592.61 excluding VAT; the two components are not separate statutory lots.
