Southeast Housing First panel for tenancy support, property sourcing, intake, health support and related services

Summary

The Housing Agency is establishing a Southeast Ireland Housing First panel on behalf of Waterford City and County Council and regional partner authorities. The panel covers tenancy support, property sourcing and delivery, intake and referrals, health support and related services; initial contracts are expected to include intensive case management, peer support and community integration. The initial contracts are planned for three years, with four possible extensions of up to one year each, for a maximum of seven years, and an estimated total value of EUR 25 million.
