Framework agreement for technical and economic documentation for Brașov’s public investments

Summary

The Municipality of Brașov is procuring a 48-month framework agreement for technical and economic documentation and related design services for its public investments. Services may include studies and assessments, design documentation at all applicable stages, permits and approvals documentation, technical verification, and design-stage technical assistance. The scope covers civil works, roads and utilities, urban mobility and regeneration, public spaces and green areas, energy efficiency, built heritage, and sports, cultural, educational, healthcare and smart-city infrastructure. The framework agreement has an estimated maximum value of RON 170,485,000 excluding VAT; individual subsequent contracts are estimated at RON 2,908,255 to RON 19,029,000.
