The Republican Vilnius University Hospital planned to purchase electrical goods on demand over 24 months, up to an initial contract value of EUR 58,000 excluding VAT. The undivided procurement covered lighting, cables, circuit breakers, relays, cable trunking, plugs, sockets, switches, hand tools, electrical insulation supplies and related electrical distribution and control equipment. The procedure was subsequently cancelled for technical reasons; offers submitted under it would not be evaluated, and suppliers were directed to a newly created procurement.
