Electricity supply with imbalance management services

Summary

AB Energijos skirstymo operatorius is procuring electricity, imbalance management services and renewable-energy Guarantees of Origin in a single lot for its network operating losses and guaranteed-supply customers. Supply and services are planned for 2027, with an indicative annual electricity volume of 200,100 MWh and imbalance services covering an annual electricity requirement of 1,183,000 MWh; the buyer is not committed to purchasing the full indicative volume. The supplier will forecast and balance the buyer’s 15-minute electricity needs, procure any shortfall through the Nord Pool market and provide Guarantees of Origin for at least 100% of the electricity purchased from the supplier.
