Cleaning services for Stockholm municipal schools in the inner-city area

Summary

Stockholm City's Education Administration is procuring daily cleaning, supplementary cleaning, maintenance cleaning and school-holiday cleaning for municipal primary and upper-secondary schools under a framework agreement divided into three areas. The areas cover 17 schools and approximately 99,200 m² of cleanable space in Södermalm, 10 schools and approximately 107,500 m² in Kungsholmen, and 14 schools and approximately 93,700 m² in the northern inner city. Daily cleaning and maintenance services are included in the fixed price, while supplementary and school-holiday cleaning are ordered separately; the estimated total contract value is SEK 280 million.
