Maintenance and repair of heating and ventilation systems in school and administrative buildings

Summary

The French Community and the Hainaut school and administrative buildings require maintenance and emergency repair services for heating and ventilation systems, including the supplies, transport and labour needed to perform the work. The contract is divided into six geographical lots in Hainaut, all covering the same services, and is planned to run for 48 months. Normally, no more than two lots may be awarded to one contractor, although the contracting authority may make an exception if necessary to ensure services are provided across all lots.
