Plastering and plasterboard works for the youth hostel expansion

Summary

The City of Luxembourg is procuring plastering and plasterboard works for the conversion and extension of two youth hostel buildings at 16 rue Vauban. The works include 120 m² of plasterboard partitions, 295 m² of lining walls, 420 m² of roof insulation, 580 m² of plasterboard ceilings, 100 m² of cement-finished walls and 800 m² of cement-finished ceilings, 1,250 m² of plastered walls, 450 m² of plastered ceilings and 460 m² of lime-plastered walls. Work is expected to begin in early February 2027 and last 75 working days; the procurement has one lot.
