Drinking water supply in Slovenian Istria and the Karst hinterland: infrastructure works and water-loss reduction in Planina, Phase II

Summary

The Municipality of Postojna is procuring construction works for the sewer network and related infrastructure in the Planina area. The works include a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 900 population equivalents, 3,968 m of gravity sewer, 118 m of pressure sewer, 2,496 m of stormwater drainage and 1,998 m of water mains, together with connections, road reinstatement, and electrical and transformer facilities. The planned construction period is 700 days, and the works will be carried out under the FIDIC Red Book contract conditions.
