Extension of the House of Cultures and landscaping of courtyards in Molenbeek

Summary

The municipality of Sint-Jans-Molenbeek is procuring, in a single lot, construction works to extend the House of Cultures and Social Cohesion at 93–97 Rue Piers. The works include demolishing three street-front houses and their annexes, partially demolishing and renovating existing workshops, and constructing new building sections. They also include creating and planting a new courtyard and partially renewing and planting the existing courtyard; the new courtyard will include access for emergency vehicles.
