Summary

The Swedish Armed Forces is procuring a framework agreement for environmental consultancy services, with an estimated total value of SEK 973 million. The procurement is divided into eight lots: environmental impact assessments; environmental studies excluding contaminated land; contaminated-site investigations excluding PFAS; PFAS investigations; aircraft and shooting noise; client-side support; environmental impact assessments for shooting ranges; and project and construction management for contaminated sites. The agreement is planned for 2027–2030 and includes options for extension.
