Renovation and extension of Åkerö School under a partnering contract

Summary

Leksand Municipality is procuring renovation and extension works for Åkerö School as a single lot. The extension to the F–6 school, which has around 300 pupils, will include classrooms, group rooms, preschool rooms, a kitchen and a dining hall, alongside interior surface renovations in the existing building. The works will be delivered through a partnering arrangement between the client and contractor; the estimated contract value is SEK 100 million.
