Operational vehicle leasing and fleet management

Summary

Ellevio AB is procuring a framework agreement for operational vehicle leasing and fleet management for itself and the group companies identified in the tender documents. The service covers production vehicles, employee cars and company cars, as well as trailers owned by Ellevio, including vehicle ordering, delivery and return, a digital administration portal, monitoring of lease agreements and mileage, and coordination of servicing, maintenance, tyres and damage claims. The framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with up to four one-year extensions; the maximum term is 8 years. The estimated total value is SEK 60 million and the maximum total value is SEK 80 million, both excluding VAT. The procurement aims to reduce the climate impact of the fleet and increase the share of electric vehicles.
