Construction of the Novo Pobrežje residential neighbourhood and public infrastructure, Maribor – Phase 1

Summary

The Housing Fund of the Republic of Slovenia is procuring the construction of 182 homes in six apartment buildings in the Novo Pobrežje area of Maribor, together with a shared underground garage. The works also include external areas, traffic and landscaping arrangements, connections to existing municipal, energy and transport infrastructure, and the construction of public municipal infrastructure.
