Rehabilitation and Upgrade of the Carnanes Group Water Scheme at Leadmore-Carnanes

Summary

Carnanes Group Water Scheme is procuring the rehabilitation and upgrade of its water scheme at Leadmore-Carnanes near Kilrush as a single lot. The works include replacing approximately 1.5 km of existing watermain with a new 110 mm outside-diameter HDPE main, together with associated connections, valves, hydrants, chambers, meters, crossings and network connections. The works also include traffic management, road and verge reinstatement, and testing and commissioning; the estimated contract value is EUR 700,000 and the planned duration is four months.
