Design services for rehabilitation of 25 streets and utilities in Arad – Stage 1

Summary

The Municipality of Arad is procuring design services for Stage 1 of an investment to rehabilitate 25 streets and associated utility networks. The work includes documentation for construction authorisation, a technical design and detailed drawings, documents needed to obtain approvals, technical verification of the design, and the designer’s technical assistance during construction. The design documentation is due within 60 days of the commencement order, and the services contract runs for 45 months in total. The estimated contract value is RON 765,000 excluding VAT.
