Concession for municipal waste management and disposal services in Maramureș County

Summary

The waste-services authority for Maramureș County is granting a 60-month concession covering the transfer and transport of municipal waste, sorting of separately collected waste, mechanical-biological treatment of residual waste, composting of biowaste, landfill disposal and operation of voluntary waste collection centres. The single lot includes the Sârbi Integrated Waste Management Centre, with a 32,000-tonne-per-year sorting plant, a 150,000-tonne-per-year mechanical-biological treatment plant and a first landfill cell of approximately 450,500 tonnes, as well as the Sighetu Marmației sorting plant, three transfer stations and seven waste collection centres. The estimated total contract value is RON 191,864,191.84.
