External utility networks and site works for the redevelopment of Brouch School

Summary

The Municipality of Esch-sur-Alzette is procuring external utility networks and site works for phase II of the redevelopment of Brouch Primary School. The works include demolition and earthworks, wastewater and stormwater drainage with a retention structure, reinforced-concrete structures, repairs to an existing retaining wall, road and paving works including renewal of the public pavement on Rue Michel Lentz, and landscaping and playgrounds. The works will take place on an operating school site, starting in March 2027, and will last 95 working days.
