Valaliky Traction Substation

Summary

Železnice Slovenskej republiky is procuring the design and construction of a traction substation in Valaliky as a single lot, together with related engineering services. The scope includes preparing design documentation, arranging the required construction decisions and approvals, handling landowner matters, carrying out the construction, preparing as-built documentation and obtaining a TSI ENE assessment. The facility will improve the reliability of traction power on the Čaňa–Barca railway section and supply the new electrified marshalling yard and siding serving the Valaliky strategic industrial area. The estimated value is EUR 8,308,573.61 and the contract period is 760 days.
