Framework Agreement for Maintenance, Repairs and Minor Building and Building Services Works

Summary

Höganäs Municipality, AB Höganäshem, Höganäshem Kaktusen HB and Höganäs Energi AB are procuring a framework agreement for property maintenance and repairs, as well as minor building, electrical, flooring, groundworks, heating and plumbing works. The work will be carried out at the buyers’ properties and rented premises on an as-needed basis. The estimated total value is SEK 146 million, and the framework agreement may include up to five contractors.
