Summary
Police Zone Ghent is seeking a multidisciplinary team for the integrated development of a central site for its services and accommodation for 1,100 employees at the Ghent General Police Centre. The project covers new construction, renovation, restoration of protected heritage and site landscaping. The fixed project component has a budget of €80.5 million excluding VAT and fees; two conditional components have a combined indicative budget of €4 million excluding VAT and fees.
