Planning and design services for the Ter Doenaert social housing district

Summary

Woonmaatschappij SW+, together with the City of Kortrijk, is procuring a master plan for the entire Ter Doenaert social housing district in Marke and the full study assignment for its first redevelopment phase, comprising approximately 60–70 homes. The redevelopment is intended to create a sustainable, climate-resilient neighbourhood and includes renewal of social housing alongside densification, landscape quality, sustainable mobility and social cohesion. The project budget is €15,750,000 excluding VAT and fees.
