Processing low-value payments through beneficiaries’ local clearing systems, including ACH and other services

Summary

The European Commission’s Budget Directorate is procuring services to process low-value payments in non-euro currencies to beneficiaries worldwide through local clearing systems in their countries, including Automated Clearing House (ACH) systems and related services. The contract is planned for 60 months, with an initial 12-month term renewable four times. Contracts are planned for the two highest-ranked tenderers, with a possible third contract if it expands coverage by at least five countries not covered by the first two.
