Metabolite testing services

Summary

The Lithuanian University of Health Sciences is procuring one integrated metabolite research and testing service, with no lots. The work covers identification and quantification of metabolites in at least 800 human stool samples using untargeted metabolomics, HPLC–HR–MS/MS and reference libraries containing at least 5,400 metabolite standards. Deliverables include electronic results, processed and interpreted data, raw spectral data, access to an integrated bioinformatics platform and an analysis report in English.
