Hematology and biochemistry analyzers

Summary

The procurement covers two analyzers: one C-reactive protein (CRP) analyzer and one hematology analyzer with three-part leukocyte differentiation. One unit of each is required. Both devices must be new, unused and supplied in their original packaging; they must be installed, configured with any required software and tested ready for use. The bid price must include installation and staff training. The supplier must train staff to operate the equipment and explain its basic capabilities at the delivery site no later than one month after delivery. Delivery is due within three months of the contract taking effect, to Aerodromo g. 6, second floor, Tauragė. The warranty must last at least 12 months, and original or equivalent spare parts must remain available on the market for at least one year after the warranty expires. The contract uses fixed pricing, and invoices are payable within 30 calendar days. The bid must include the European Single Procurement Document and evidence supporting the analyzers’ technical specifications. The CRP analyzer must use an immunochemical measurement method, cover a range of at least 0.5–200 mg/l, process up to 30 µl of capillary or venous blood, serum or plasma, and produce results within 10 minutes. It must have integrated quality control, a touchscreen LCD, a printer and internal storage for at least 100 results. The hematology analyzer must differentiate leukocytes into three groups (LYM, MON, GRA), measure at least 18 parameters, process up to 40 µl of capillary or venous blood and handle at least 40 tests per hour, with results available within two minutes. It must store at least 1,000 results, have a touchscreen, WBC, RBC and PLT histograms, quality control with at least two levels, an RS232 or USB interface for LIS connectivity, and a printer supplied with the equipment. Both devices must bear the CE mark. A penalty of EUR 200 applies for failure to comply with the environmental criterion.
