Reagents and consumables for the Leica Bond Max IHC/FISH platform

The procurement covers reagents and consumables that are compatible with, or equivalent to, products validated for the Leica Bond Max automated immunohistochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridisation (IHC/FISH) platform, for Zalau County Emergency Hospital. It is a 24-month framework agreement with a maximum value of RON 1,023,556, to be awarded to one supplier. Products must be delivered to the hospital following the buyer’s written orders, and transport must be included in the price. Price accounts for 40 points and delivery time for 60 points: delivery within 5 days of an order earns 60 delivery-time points, while delivery taking more than 5 days earns 10 points. Bidders must demonstrate legal registration and the relevant right to conduct business, provide a declaration of conformity, and demonstrate quality management under SR EN ISO 9001:2008 or an equivalent standard, or provide equivalent evidence of quality assurance. Bidders must complete the European Single Procurement Document and include a declaration stating the proposed delivery time. The bid must remain valid for 3 months.
