Summary

The procurement covers insurance services for the buildings and premises in the Jonava District Municipality’s property portfolio for 36 months, with cover starting no earlier than 30 November 2026. The total insured amount is EUR 184,181,534.27, covering 143 listed properties. Fixed building installations and technical systems are also insured. Cover includes the specified risks, including fire, water damage, natural hazards, theft, robbery, vandalism, glass breakage, vehicle impact, falling trees, building collapse and unlawful acts by third parties. The standard deductible is EUR 100; for fire damage to timber-framed or log buildings, it is 30% of the loss, subject to a minimum of EUR 10,000. The bid price must cover the full three-year insurance period and must not exceed EUR 225,000. Price is the sole award criterion, and premiums are paid annually in three instalments. Bidders must hold the required insurance authorisation and submit the tender form, the European Single Procurement Document and the required declaration on compliance with sanctions restrictions.
