Framework agreement for groundworks and civil engineering works

Summary

C4 Elnät AB is seeking a framework agreement for groundworks and civil engineering works in the Kristianstad area. The work may cover investment projects as well as operation and maintenance projects, including excavation, civil engineering and utility installation, earthworks, drainage, removal, transport, recycling or other approved handling of excavated materials and other materials, pipe jacking and drilling, surfacing and asphalting. The work may also include preparing and applying for traffic management plans. This list is not exhaustive. The procurement consists of one lot, with an estimated total value of SEK 150 million. The planned period runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, and the agreement may be extended up to three times; the notice does not specify the duration of any extensions. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10 November 2026 and remain valid for nine months. Electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
